Checkbox fields

• Show digital signature
  With this option on, when a tickbox is checked or un-checked, the system will show the name of the user who updated it and a timestamp on screen next to the checkbox
  
  
• Don’t set last modified
  This option won’t often be needed - rather esoterically, it prevents the system firing workflows etc. when a record is updated, if only the checkbox is ticked or un-ticked.
