How do I assign a contact to be chased?

Adding the role Technical in the Chaser Assigned field of a contact will set that person to be emailed when chasing for information from that supplier. For example, when chasing the Ingredient Specification document for new ingredients.a

Within an Incident Management Plan there should be specific, accurate and up-to-date contact lists; access to emergency contact lists could be available at all times, allowing communication at any time of day or night.

How to set a designated emergency contact?

By ticking this box, this contact will become an emergency contact.
